Front Desk/ Guest Services Agent

The award-winning Essex Street Inn, part of the Choice Hotels family, is seekingenergetic, service-focused team members for our front desk team. Shifts will vary based on business volume and will include afternoons and evenings. A minimum of 20 hours per week, as many as 30 or more seasonally. Weekday and weekend availability is a must. Duties will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome
• Performing check-ins and check-outs
• Managing online and phone reservations
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints
• Laundry and other side duties as assigned 
• Assisting guests throughout the stay
