Using Healing Crystals for Self-Care- Intro & Exploration

All About Healing Crystals:
Did you know that healing crystals/stones have been used for thousands of years in ALL cultures around the world...?!

Shamans, priests, Egyptian rulers... You name them, they've known about them!

But how can crystals and stones help people in modern day life...?

Come to this class to get up close and personal with a large variety of crystals, learn about the basics, and get some tips on easy-to-approach ways of adding them for your own self-care and healing regimen!

We will do an intuitive exercise with healing stones at the beginning of the workshop, and each person will get to learn how to use these incredibly comforting and non-threatening tools for Holistic supports in mental health, physical health, and gentle energy healing. Plus, learn how to use them to intentionally create a "safe physical space" around you; whether you are on the go, or in your home!

This workshop is $20 and is 2 hours long to provide ample time to play and examine all the different types of stones, be present with the energy of the different stones, and come away with some new ideas to support your self-healing... without much effort at all!
