Tours of the Nao Trinidad Tall Ship at Custom House Maritime Museum
The Custom House Maritime Museum is proud to host the tall ship replica Nao Trinidad as it sails into Newburyport flying the Spanish flag. The original Nao Trinidad sailed around the world between 1519 and 1522 which at that time was the greatest maritime feat in history. This stunning 200-ton sailing vessel is a replica of Megellan’s historic vessel built by the same private foundation behind El Galeon – a previous tall ship visitor to Newburyport, Fundacion Nao Victoria.
