The Constitution in the Headlines    Thursday, June 1, 2017, 7-8:30 p.m.    Newburyport Superior Court, High Street

Questions of constitutional law are often in the headlines, but many people aren't aware of what the constitution actually says or what it means. The Greater Newburyport Bar Association invites members of the public to attend this program featuring two leading Massachusetts experts and scholars who will discuss certain key provisions and answer your questions. Justice Robert Cordy, recently retired from the Supreme Judicial Court (the highest court in Massachusetts), and Professor Renée Landers, constitutional law scholar and professor at Suffolk University Law School will be joined by Attorney Daniel Spurling, staff attorney at the Supreme Judicial Court and Newburyport resident.  Attend and learn what the constitution says about:
