Join the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Donna Holaday in welcoming Salt Cellar on State Street with a Ribbon Cutting at 4:00, Wednesday, January 25. This is owners Judit & Don Tydeman's 3rd shop, the others being in Portsmouth, NH, and Portland, Me.
Salt Cellar is a specialty retail store featuring branded products that are made of or contain salt. Products include Himalayan lamps and food and other items i.e., salt cellars, as well as more than 50 gourmet finishing salts; beautiful Himalayan salt blocks for food preparation and other uses; dozens of imported Dead Sea salt-based bath and body products; healing salts for the airways, skin and sinus; as well as salted confections like salted caramels and salted chocolates.
