This immersive workshop introduces students to the foundational principles of Reiki, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and energetic healing. Beginning with intention setting and personal introductions, participants will connect with their own healing intentions. A grounding meditation with the Root Chakra singing bowl will center the group before diving into Reiki’s rich history, lineage, and ethical responsibilities. Students will explore the nature of energy, auras, chakras, and intuition, engaging in hands-on energy sensing exercises. The experience culminates in a sacred attunement ceremony, passing Reiki energy from Master to Student, followed by guided self-healing and partner practice. The workshop concludes with integration strategies, a closing meditation, and certification as a Reiki 1 Practitioner.
