Investing in real estate is just one of many options to consider when creating a financial plan to build wealth. In this class you will learn about the different types of properties to invest in and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Also to be discussed is how to finance the properties, how to determine the ROI, leveraging one investment to purchase another, 1031 tax exchange and the legal ramifications of being a landlord and how to protect yourself. Hear from three experts in the area who will cover everything that must be taken into consideration before you take the plunge and to determine if real estate investing is for you! You will leave with the knowledge of how to create a clear path forward with the tools necessary to be successful.
