Moonlight Ride on the Refuge
Join us on an early evening bike ride on the Refuge road. We will meet at Parking Lot #1 (just inside the gate), cycle to the Refuge Sub-Headquarters for a break and hot cocoa under the stars, and then return to the starting point. The ride will be appropriate for all levels of bike riders — adults, teens, and families with children. Total distance (round trip) is about 4.6 miles on a flat, paved roadway, and we will ride at a leisurely pace. The Refuge is opening just for us, so we won’t have to share the road with other vehicles.
