Have you ever wondered how sap gets made into maple syrup, maple sugar, and all things maple? Join Mary Jacobsen, an educator at Joppa Flats Education Center and Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary, for a talk about maple sugaring.

Free maple treats will be provided and there will be maple vs other syrups taste tests.
