Let's Go Outside

Mark your calendars! Let's Go Outside is less than a month away. Join us Saturday June 3 from 10am - 3pm to explore a wide variety of nature-based activities. Try your hand at archery, kayaking, and surf casting. Or enjoy nature crafts, guided nature walks, tide pool touch tanks, raptor education, children's stories, and more. Let's Go Outside is always a FREE event and no entry fee is required. Stay in the loop by registering at: bit.ly/parkerriversignup. Please note: Let's Go Outside will once again be car free this year! The refuge road will be open only for walking, pedaling, and rolling. Parking is available at the visitor center and Lot 1, with free shuttle service provided between all activity locations. The refuge will delay opening until 10am for the event, and there will be no beach access for swimming or sunbathing until after the event concludes.
