Welcome ladies! This is a no experience necessary workshop with Abby "aka" Scarlet Fever! A great low impact full body workout and dance in one. Abby will lead class through a full body warm up followed by a dance demo and she will break down the sequence step by step. This is a popular class reserve early! 15-20ppl max
