Ladies Night Out Chair Dance Workshop
Another Fun Ladies Burlesque style chair dance workshop with Scarlet Fever. Everyone please per-register to reserve your chair. This is a full body -low impact Dance that anyone can do. If you have limitations you can always modify movements. Scarlet will lead the class through a warm up, demo, breakdown of choreography to a fun song of choice. Light refreshments available. socks or barefoot, comfortable breathable clothing
