Homelessness in the Schools

Constant stress and every-day mobility of homelessness impact students’ cognitive development and academic performance. Intervention strategies to help children overcome these difficulties do work but are falling short due to lack of funding.  Hear what the schools are doing to help homeless children cope and succeed in school.
