As an Empath/HSP, if you cannot feel safe where you are, your body/mind will COMPEL YOU to stay alert and leave the environment when you don't feel safe. Talk about an awkward moment... especially if you cannot explain WHY you have to leave. You just know you HAVE TO or else you will "freak out." ...Sound familiar to anyone?

When you are an HSP or Empath, you are most often "sensitive" to the energy of People, Places, Crowds, Emotions, the Earth, Animals, Sounds, Intuitive/Premonition experiences, and more! We [HSP/Empath people] "perceive" 3x MORE information than the average person, and we "transmit" 2x MORE intensity/energy than the average person as well. This can be EXHAUSTING if you do not have the awareness and tools to find your "center".

This workshop is taught by Kerri Morrison, LMHC, RP; a local mental health professional and community educator who specializes in working with HSP/Empathic clients. Kerri also identifies as an HSP/Empathic person, and has created an energetically-supportive office space for her private and community services to be shared.
