What: Join us for our First Halloween Story Hour Picnic in the back garden.  Bring your blanket and picnic lunch to the library's back yard for fun read-aloud stories and a take-home Halloween craft bag. All families -- in and beyond greater Newburyport and the North Shore. Free.
