Locations:

Tuesday workshops are held in the large office space of Awaken Holistic Counseling Services; 2 Liberty Street, Newburyport, MA 01950.

Saturday retreat will be held at Veasey Memorial Park; 201 Washington Street, Groveland, MA 01834

What to bring:

Weekly workshops: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, notepad, pen, and an open mind! :-)

4-hour Retreat: Comfortable clothing and shoes, water bottle, yoga mat or blanket for meditation, notepad/journal, pen, your own lunch, and a folding outdoor chair if you have one

Participants will leave this workshop with more clarity, confidence, and resourcefulness for managing changes

Meet Kerri M. Vercellini, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Holistic) ~

Kerri M. Vercellini (formerly Kerri Morrison), LMHC, RP, integrates mental health supports, holistic healing tools and intuitive education for both private clients and the community into her practice. A licensed mental health counselor with more than 9 years of clinical experience, Kerri has helped hundreds of individuals improve the quality of their life, self-confidence and their relationships. Along with owning and operating Awaken Holistic Counseling Services in Newburyport, MA, she is a trained holistic psychotherapist & coach, a community educator, a certified Reiki practitioner, and an EFT practitioner. Additionally, she is the MA State Rep and holds a seat on the Board of Directors with the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP). She believes healing and growth are always possible, and when people are ready, they can "awaken" to their true potential. Thriving as an adult with ADHD, she aims to empower, model, and encourage others to finally step into their greatness.

Meet Meghan Leighton, MAT

Meghan Leighton is founder of Awake Minds: Yoga & Conscious Living in Newburyport, MA. She is a licensed Massachusetts educator, retreat leader, mindfulness educator, and yogi who has been facilitating workshops and professional development for teens and adults in the field of mindfulness, emotional regulation, relationship skills, and healthy living for the past eight years. She is a Reiki practitioner and has offered yoga and mindfulness retreats in schools, studios, and centers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Costa Rica. She continues to learn more about Ayurveda and plant-based living, loves being outdoors, writing, and spending time with her husband Asa and dog Bella.
