Maranasati meditation, or death awareness meditation, focuses on reflecting on mortality to foster appreciation and mindfulness in daily life. In this in-person workshop, we'll begin with a short sharing circle to get to know each other. We’ll then move into a guided death meditation. It will explore the dying process, and we'll imagine the body shutting down. Afterward, there will be an opportunity for journaling and sharing about the experience. The intention is to help you find greater understanding and acceptance of the dying process in a safe and welcoming environment.
