Awakening Through Grief in the Gratitude Season
The gratitude season is upon us, and this brings about a variety of mixed feelings for many.
It is lovely to celebrate togetherness and tradition, however, if you are grieving the loss of someone you love(d), sometimes it feels hard to be "grateful".
While everyone's journey is different, the pangs of grief are well known to us... and they are difficult to understand, heal, and explain.
This workshop is meant for anyone who is:
- Looking to spiritually enhance their relationship with their loved ones who have passed
- Wanting to find ways of opening to your inner guidance for answers
- Desiring a place that allows you to safely approach the topic of grief from non-denominational perspective
- Needing guidance with how to be present with your experience to find meaning in things for your own healing.
- Wanting more skills to process through your grief rather than stuffing your feelings down
In this workshop we will be:
- Doing a guided meditation to connect with your loved ones
- Exploring the meanings behind signs and symbols around you
- Allowing time to reflect upon your beliefs of what happens when someone leaves the physical world
- Learning new tools to help you during the holiday season
- Lastly, you will leave with special healing stones specifically to support you in your grief journey
You are encouraged to bring a journal if you have one, if not, paper will be provided.
The cost of this workshop is $15 per person.
