Join Eric, NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer & Youth Fitness Specialist from Kin Fitness of Newburyport, on 5 Mondays May 5 - June 9 (no class Memorial Day) at Cider Hill Farm from 8:30-9:15. Classic cardio, strength, + core exercises are mixed into the perfect combo to keep you on your toes - always challenging, always fun and positive! All levels welcome. $10 drop-in or 5 classes for $40. 18+.
