Adapting and Transitioning as We Age
Join the Groveland COA on Tuesday, November 19th at 11:00 AM for a presentation on how we can best navigate constant change so that we can continue to enjoy our lives and our loved ones. We will discuss the importance of developing a personal management system that may make you feel more secure and comfortable, giving you more time and energy to handle the many aspects of rapid change in your life. Presented by Theresa Chaklos, an AARP MA volunteer since 2020.
