25th Annual Holiday House Tour

Join us to celebrate our 25th Anniversary Holiday House Tour!
Saturday, December 8th 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM Thank you to Stone Ridge Properties for generous sponsorship of this event.

Experience this year’s Holiday House Tour for a rare glimpse into greater Newburyport’s finest private residences and unique spaces. The tour begins at the Custom House Maritime Museum and is a self-guided, self-paced tour that leads you on a journey through four centuries of Newburyport’s rich history and culture. Each home is decked out in holiday style reflecting the homeowner's individual celebration and traditions of the season.
 
Coffee and chowder, provided by Starbucks and Starboard Galley, will be served to tour participants from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Custom House Maritime Museum, compliments of Stone Ridge Properties. While there you can also bid on one-of-a-kind wreaths at the Silent Wreath Auction. Wreaths are displayed throughout the Museum's first-floor foyer and available for bid until 4:30 PM the day of the tour.
 
A limited number of tickets are available. Tickets purchased in advance are discounted. They will be issued on a first- come, first-served basis at the Custom House Maritime Museum Store, online at Ticketspice or by phoning the Museum at 978-462-8681.
 
Tickets in advance for the general public are $28 each, and $25 for CHMM members. Day-of-Tour tickets are $33.

Tickets go on sale November 2nd. All tickets must be exchanged for the 2018 Holiday House Tour Book, which will be available beginning December 6th at the Museum.
