They say it takes 21 days to start a new habit or end an old one. The 21 Day Racial Justice Challenge is designed to help you develop the habit of thinking about racial justice every day. The challenge will take place in your inbox for your own self-paced learning!

Beginning March 15, 2021, you will receive daily emails with that day's topic and the challenges that accompany that topic. Challenges include, reading articles, listening to podcasts, watching videos or TedTalks, and engaging in reflection.  These emails will come from YWCA Greater Newburyport's Constant Contact account. 

These exercises are designed to take just a few minutes each day to reflect on the racial injustice and what it means for our country, our communities and our own lives.
